Orifice plate sizing calculator — ISO 5167
Size differential-pressure flow elements per ISO 5167: concentric, eccentric and segmental orifice plates, ISA-1932 and long-radius nozzles, and classical venturi tubes. The concentric plate uses the Reader–Harris/Gallagher coefficient with a proper C↔Re iteration, and you can solve for flow, bore or ΔP. Every result is clause-cited and validated to <0.5% against the standard. It runs in the browser, offline once loaded.
